I'm Wendy
Over a decade ago…okay, maybe two or three decades ago, but, hey, who’s counting? I studied business at University, became a master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, qualified as a user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, left my corporate job, and started my own business as a corporate trainer. Phew! That was a really busy time.
Since then I’ve trained and educated thousands of men and women in all aspects of effective communication. And I kept seeing the same issues coming up over and over: the impact that our subconsciously held negative and limiting beliefs have on our ability to enjoy our lives and fulfil our true potential.
But for every person I helped, I feared there were many more out there suffering from self-doubt, fears, and anxieties, leading to unfulfilled dreams. I wondered how I could reach more people. This book is my answer.
